HR Manager

Dagiac is Digital Marketing Agency based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. We specialize in Strategy & Consulting, Branding & Design, Website Development and Digital Marketing for Tourism & Hospitality industry. We are proud to be the service provider for many businesses including hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants and travel agencies across Vietnam & the globe.

We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Ho Chi Minh. This role will allow you to be responsible for all of the human resource related issues of the firm. You will be in charge of monitoring, mediating, and generating solutions for any situations requiring such action within the firm.


  • Improve organizational capability, drive growth and increase engagement through effective HR talent management initiatives
  • Take ownership of employee relations issues; appropriately deal with and resolve complex issues
  • Demonstrate effective delivery of HR processes (i.e. performance management, promotions, terminations, transfers, investigations, legal issues, leaves of absence, etc…)
  • Partner with functional leaders to conduct organizational development needs analysis
  • Collaborate with L&D and HR leaders to develop and implement initiatives to include (but not limited to) employee and manager trainings; succession planning; focus groups; and organizational design strategies
  • Actively manage quarterly Check-ins, headcount reviews, Org & Leadership reviews, Goal setting and Compensation planning
  • Represent HR at client management meetings and contribute to AssetMark business strategy
  • Develop and participate in diversity initiatives and programs
  • Problem Solving – Take into account wider implications before making decisions and consider a range of alternatives and their impact
  • Client Service – Take responsibility for solving client problems and anticipates any future needs
  • Change Management – actively cooperate to accommodate and implement change initiatives

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within the Tourism sector or related
  • Strong relationship management experience, consulting skills and demonstrable evidence of influence at a senior level.
  • Ability to work independently to tight deadlines while balancing conflicting demands
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong influencing and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong OD skills (experience in Succession Planning, Talent management, Facilitation, Organizational Design)
  • Confident/Diplomatic
  • Highest standards of professional ethics
  • Flexible and pragmatic – “how can we make it work” approach required
  • Results orientated & highly motivated to demonstrate effective execution
