Social Media Manager

Dagiac is Digital Marketing Agency based in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. We specialize in Strategy & Consulting, Branding & Design, Website Development and Digital Marketing for Tourism & Hospitality industry. We are proud to be the service provider for many businesses including hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants and travel agencies across Vietnam & the globe.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team in our new office in Hanoi. This role will allow you to be responsible for the planning, executing and monitoring of social media strategies that work to the benefit of the business approach outlined.


  • Increase member engagement through powerful brand advocacy online and over multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
  • Create high-quality content strategies related to marketing campaigns, educational conferences, special events and other brand initiatives
  • Generate, edit and publish daily content (via original text, images, video and/or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages member responses to a range of calls to action
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms, websites and blogs
  • Write effective brand copy tailored to the specifications and nuances of all social media platforms
  • Stay on top of emerging trends and tools in social media/digital media to maximize brand exposure, assess competitor engagement and further company goals
  • Communicate frequently with executive management on strategy, project development, timelines and results
  • Manage the scheduling and posting of social content and ensure that the highest quality-control standards are maintained
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations team members and outside departments (Art, Editorial, Sales, Retail and Customer Service) to meet short-term and long-term goals
  • Respond quickly to post comments, audience inquiries and customer requests, working closely with Customer Service and other departments for high-priority postings that need immediate resolution

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • BA/BS degree in related field preferred (Marketing, Business, Public Relations, New Media or Communications)
  • Passion for social media and overall Internet marketing
  • Clear track record in social media marketing and digital media managing a brand’s voice, developing engaging content and building an audience
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically, and to identify and resolve problems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Superb organizational and project management skills with demonstrated experience managing overlapping timelines
  • Attention to detail and effective multitasking in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • 2+ years of experience in SEM and SEO processes a plus
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation
  • Knowledge of the Tourism industry is a plus
